Greetings and welcome to my site.

I sincerely believe that yoga is for everyone. 

True yoga meets you wherever you are in your life and whatever your level of flexibility.

Yoga is not about being bendy or able to touch your toes. Yoga is philosophy and a state of mind. It is a practice of awareness and kindness towards yourself and others.

For me yoga is about getting spaciousness and flexibility in both my body and my mind, and about slowing down, reflecting. This way I get to know myself better, having more awareness what I feel and where I feel it, evaluating whether it is helpful or unhelpful and having learnt these skills in my practice I will take them off the mat into my daily life.

In yoga we are not trying to get anywhere or become anything, you are perfect as you are, the physical benefit of yoga, strength and flexibility are mere side effect of something more profound that is going on.

Maitri means loving kindness in Sanskrit. I would like to share it with you.
