Class schedule
Zoom classes:
Wednesdays 9.30am - 10.30am Hatha Yoga Flow
This is an open level class suitable for beginners as well as for someone with an established practice who would like to enjoy a gentle, slower, relaxing and mindful class. The class is finished with a short meditation.
There will be options given for different levels and abilities.
Thursdays 6pm - 7.15pm Restorative Yoga
Slow, restorative yoga bringing awareness to a 'feeling' experience, set up with an intention to nurture and relax the body and soothe the nervous system. Class is finished with a meditation.
