Hatha Yoga focused on pleasantly moving your body, with emphasis on natural breath, finding space, length and connection to the body with some elements of strength building.

This class is suitable for all levels and bodies, beginners are the most welcome and modifications will be given for different abilities.

Do you have a body? Can you breathe? Then you have everything you need to practice yoga!
