Class schedule

Zoom classes:

Wednesdays 9.00am - 10.00am Hatha Yoga Flow

This is an open level class suitable for beginners as well as for someone with an established practice who would like to enjoy a gentle, slower, relaxing and mindful class. The class is finished with a short meditation.

There will be options given for different levels and abilities. 

Thursdays 6pm - 7.15pm Restorative Yoga

 

Slow, restorative yoga bringing awareness to a 'feeling' experience, set up with an intention to nurture and relax the body and soothe the nervous system.  There will be some slow movement on the floor at the beginning  of the class leading to restorative poses, holding them for 5-10 minutes with the help of props, which promotes a deep relaxation and release of tension.
